It was the wish of every individual to live to his/her ripeful old age and be succeeded by reputable children.
On Saturday, 11th of February, 2017, Hon. Nurudeen Sholaja-Saka, member, Lagos State House of Assembly, representing Ikorodu constituency II, gave a befitting burial to his aunt., Late Mrs Olafunke Abeke Kudirat Odumosu Demu (Nee Adesanya). Whose burial ceremony took place at Imota.
The religious and God fearing woman indeed gathered the presence of people of timber and calibre to pay her the last respect. Hon. Nurudeen Sholaja-Saka really stood by the Late Mrs Olufunke's family in this period as he ensured a special and unique burial for her, such that if the dead looks back, she would be so delighted.
The dignitaries who graced the occasion were the Deputy speaker Lagos State House of Assembly Hon. Wasiu Eshinlokun, former SSA on Education, Lagos State, Hon Saheed Ibikunle, the six Sole Administrators in Ikorodu Division, led by Mrs Bolanle Basorun with other counterparts from Imota and Ijede, the Party leaders, and a host of others.
However the late woman's last born Mr Demu Isiaka, when speaking with the Publisher, Igbogbo/Bayeku Info Magazine, Mr Shakiru Seidu, thanked Hon. Sholaja and everyone who graced the occasion, his joy was so full that he couldn't hide his feelings.
