It was a beautiful morning on Monday, 6th of February, 2017, when the first female lawmaker at the Lagos State House of Assembly, from Ikorodu Division, and also the current Acting Commissioner and Special Adviser, Tourism, Arts and Culture, Lagos State, Hon (Mrs) Adebimpe Akinsola, repeated her generosity by presenting another Drum Set with Exercise Books to the pupils of Lajo Primary School, Igbogbo.
Hon Adebimpe Akinsola, who was represented by Comrade Olusesan Daini and Mrs Olufunke Bakare, due to an official assignment, advised the pupils to be obedient to their parents and teachers. She insisted never to relent in boosting the standard of education in Ikorodu Division.
When speaking with Igbogbo/Bayeku Info Magazine, the Head Mistress, Mrs Bisi Bello Mustapha, expressed her profound gratitude to the Honourable Acting Commissioner for her magnanimity. She also seized the opportunity to thank the Lagos State government and various individuals that have contributed to the growth of Lajo Primary School, Igbogbo.
Hon Salisu Iyabo, Hon Adewale Bolowotan, Mrs Tolu Joseph were among the people that witnessed the presentation.
