As the party primary approaches in all political parties, all aspirants have been intensifying efforts to woo the interest of the Party followers. In APC, Hon Bosun Agoro, Hon Taiwo Orenuga and Comrade Olusesan Daini are not leaving any stone unturned as they're busy having caucus meetings.
Therefore, on Monday, 15th of May, 2017, Comrade Olusesan Daini and his Isokan Team visited the Mandate Group at Chief Olowu's house to seek and solicit for their support.
The Team's Director General, Mr Adewale Bolowotan introduced the members of his team and not forgetting their symbol, Comrade Olusesan Daini to the whole house. He urged all to embrace the spirit of oneness and togetherness towards the course for this emancipation.
Without much ado, Daini unveiled his plans and readiness to take up the mantle leadership of Igbogbo/Baiyeku LCDA. He appreciated Chief Olowu and the leadership of his house for the warmly support given to him. He quickly reflected on memory lane regarding the cordiality between him, Chief Olowu and the Mandate Group since 2009. He therefore identified with the group and appealed for their support.
Nevertheless, Daini further denounced the rumour of insulting some leaders which is being peddled by some elements to discredit him so as to earn them cheap popularity in Igbogbo/Baiyeku LCDA and Ikorodu Division at large. He equally refuted the allegation that he was being sponsored by a particular leader. "I consulted nine political leaders in Igbogbo/Baiyeku LCDA in 2015 before making the bold step to contest for the Chairmanship Seat and all of them concurred and gave convincing words to go ahead", he explained.
He however condemned politics of bitterness and hatred in Igbogbo/Baiyeku LCDA and vowed never to play any do or die politics. Daini further enjoined and appealed to all APC members to be friendly and to imbibe the spirit of oneness.
In response to people's questions, Olusesan Daini assured that he will operate government of inclusion and follow the due process when given the opportunity to serve. He assured of bringing foreign investors and to create employment opportunities for the youth.
Mrs Esther Obayomi, Alhaji W. A. Yusuf and Alhaji Benson applauded the courage and the determination of Daini in vying for the chairmanship Seat of Igbogbo/Baiyeku LCDA, they asked him to remain focused and assured him the support of the Mandate Group.
